Jarvis Cocker has lent a Damien Hirst spin painting to the Graves Art Gallery in Sheffield, England in the wake of budget cuts to Museums Sheffield that will force the group to cut 45 of its 107 jobs this year.

Mr. Cocker’s Hirst, a picture of which is available at the BBC, will be on display for three years and features synthetic diamonds embedded into the spun paint.

If you were curious, Damien Hirst did not in fact go to St. Martin’s College. It was Goldsmiths.
