What happens when you take the best song of the summer and combine it with the meme explosion of 2010? Apparently some guy in a sparkly bikini lip-synching "Call Me Maybe" on Chatroulette.

You know, the most disturbing thing about this video may be how we didn't know Chatroulette was still alive and kicking. This just confirms our suspicions that the whole site is full of freaks, though.
