Judiciary releases workers comp judge, other nominations

TRENTON – A Senate panel today unanimously released a gubernatorial nomination to serve as a Workers’ Compensation judge.

A. Todd Mayo received bipartisan approval of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Senators approved the Gov. Chris Christie nomination without any debate.

“He’s ready to get started and hit the ground running,” said Sen. Nicholas Scutari, (D-22), Linden, chairman of the committee.

The panel also voted to approve several other nominations to various boards following little discussion:

Gary Dahms to the New Jersey Institute of Technology University Board of Trustees
