Curbed spotted one of the best homeless guy signs we’ve ever seen.

It’s not just the cleverness of pointing how expensive it is to live in New York that caught our attention but also the fact that this guy has apparently found a heck of a bargain on a Harlem apartment. After all, the median price for an apartment in Central Harlem is $565,000, according to Streeteasy. Even if it’s a shoebox, we’d be interested in checking this place out. And with a $5,850 commission, this guy ought to be set for a bit.
