It's not just the cleverness of pointing how expensive it is to live in New York that caught our attention but also the fact that this guy has apparently found a heck of a bargain on a Harlem apartment. After all, the median price for an apartment in Central Harlem is $565,000, according to Streeteasy. Even if it's a shoebox, we'd be interested in checking this place out. And with a $5,850 commission, this guy ought to be set for a bit.
