The Museum of Modern Art has posted a number of videos from their Oral History Program online.

The transcripts of the Oral History Program have been a crucial archival component of the museum for years, and the program was expanded at the end of 2011 to  incorporate video interviews as well. A website has just been launched where you can watch excerpts of filmed conversations with Vito Acconci, Vija Celmins, Dan Graham, Ellsworth Kelly, Bruce Nauman, Yvonne Rainer, James Rosenquist and Ed Ruscha.
