A fine bit of news to close out this Monday: the Jewish Museum announced today that it will begin offering pay-what-you hours on Thursday evenings, from 5 to 9 p.m. The new program goes into effect on Jan. 3.
This also means that the museum will stay open one hour later than it has in the past on those days. It previously closed at 8 p.m. on Thursdays. If you visit the Jewish Museum in the next few months, you can catch the very beautiful “Sharon Lockhart | Noa Eshkol” show, which was reviewed by Observer critic Maika Pollack right here.
