Badoit (pronounced ba-dwah) is French for fine bubbles, and to launch its sparkling natural mineral water nationwide, the company, founded in 1837, is hosting a “unique gastronomical experience” in the private rooftop garden at Rockefeller Center. The menu is by Timothy Hollingsworth, the former chef de cuisine at The French Laundry. And of course there will be lots of bubbly water to go around.
