Celebrity Stylist and Fashion Director Annabel Tollman Found Dead in West Village Apartment

Tragic news today: Annabel Tollman, one of the most renowned stylist in the business, was found dead this morning in her West Village apartment. According to sources, the former fashion director at Interview and Wallpaper passed away in her sleep from a blood clot. She was somewhere between the ages of 36 to 39.

Ms. Tollman’s untimely death has shocked the fashion world. She was slated to appear on an upcoming Bravo reality program later this year, featuring her life as a celebrity stylist. In addition to working in print, Ms. Tollman’s roster of clients included a slew of A-listers like the Olsen twins, Scarlett Johansson, and Mariah Carey. In 2011, she was named by The Hollywood Reporter one of the 25 Most Powerful Celebrity Stylists in Hollywood.

Ms. Tollman’s extensive work–which ranged from glossy spreads to fashion reporting to becoming a spokesmodel for Fashion.eBay.com–is still available for viewing on her website. While no further details are being given regarding her time of death, her final tweet was Wednesday. Fans and friends have taken to Twitter and Facebook to express their grief for the passing of a woman with such a bright future.
