The Park Avenue Garage Sale might not be on Park Avenue, but the new and vintage items—home stuff, designer clothing and accessories—are very uptown girl and boy. The pop-up discounted luxury bazaar features one-of-a-kind goods from the personal collections of stylists, fashion and interior designers, showrooms, stores and socialites. The vibe is very café society. The opening night was hosted by Yaz Hernandez and Alexandra Lebenthal, along with Frederick Anderson, Ann Caruso, Jennifer Creel, Nicole Hanley and Matthew Mellon, to name a few. Vendors include Alexa Hampton, Jed Johnson and Associates, Phillip Gorivan and Robert Passel for home, fashion by Douglas Hannant, Prabal Gurung, Lanvin and Bob Mackie Gowns (cue the Cher songs), and jewelry by Ann Dexter-Jones, Vivre by Eva Lorenzotti and Amrita Singh. The sale benefits The Couture Council, Acria and the Partnership With Children.
10 West 56th Street, 11am-6pm, free.
