American viewers were pleasantly surprised on Wednesday when Iranian President Hassan Rouhani acknowledged the Holocaust. But now, Iranian news agency Fars is reportedly accusing CNN of mis-translating President Rouhani’s speech. “Crucially, according to Fars, Rouhani never used the word ‘Holocaust’ and never said ‘Whatever criminality they committed against the Jews, we condemn’,” reports Business Insider.
