Fashion Week is taking over the city’s social scene. Garance Doré, the stylish street-style photographer and blogger behind her eponymous site (and the wife of fellow blogger Scott Schulman of The Sartorialist), hosts the launch of Maison Jules, a Parisian street-style-inspired label from Macy’s, which is vying to lure cool names to the mega-store the way Target and H&M have been for years. (Don’t miss the Phillip Lim for Target collection this season.) Doré also shot the Maison Jules campaign, which stars the evening’s co-host It Girl and Jane Birkin-like Jeanne Damas.
