Seattle Doctor Ousted for Frequently Sexting During C-Sections

He allegedly sent up to 45 explicit texts a day.

Apparently nudies are what this doctor ordered.

A Seattle anesthesiologist was suspended for allegedly putting patients’ safety at risk with his sexting habits, Reuters reported.

Dr. Arthur K. Zilberstein has been accused of accessing medical images for sexual gratification and sending up to 45 sexually explicit texts per day — some while he was actually performing surgeries such as cesarean deliveries.

One accusation against Mr. Zilberstein claims he obtained the medical records of a woman with whom he was conducting an affair under false pretenses and used the images in her records for his spank bank rather than for medical purposes.

He also allegedly sent photos of himself in scrubs with exposed genitals to the same woman.

Mr. Zilberstein “compromised patient safety due to his preoccupation with sexual matters”, Washington health officials told Reuters.

He has 20 days to respond to the charges and request a hearing.

The lesson here is nothing new: think before you sext.
