Christie ‘leaning against’ renewing red light cameras

SEA BRIGHT – Gov. Chris Christie said today he is leaning against renewing red light cameras in New Jersey, but hasn’t yet made a final decision on the subject.

“I have concerns about it, and my inclination is not to continue it,” Christie said.

The controversial red light cameras will expire in four months if lawmakers and Christie don’t act on the five-year-old pilot program.
