We already put the ‘quote of the day’ together, but New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd has a line that goes into the pile of Her Eminence’s greatest hits.

Describing what she sees as President Barack Obama’s ham-handed effort to offload responsibility to others, Dowd writes, “Ben Rhodes, a deputy national security adviser, comes across as more than a messagemeister. As the president floats in the empyrean, Rhodes seems to make foreign policy even as he’s spinning it.”
