Neal Schonhaut reappointed to New Jersey Supreme Court Civil Practice Committee

The New Jersey Supreme Court Civil Practice Committee announced today the reappointment of Neal L. Schonhaut, a Partner with Archer & Greiner P.C. in Princeton, N.J. Schonhaut will serve a third two-year term on the committee, which reviews New Jersey civil court rules and procedures and recommends improvements.

A Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a designation conferred by the New Jersey Supreme Court and earned by just 2% of attorneys in the state, Schonhaut practices civil litigation involving injuries  medical malpractice injuries, motor vehicle accidents and defective products at Archer & Greiner. He has served on the Civil Practice Committee for the past four years, and his new terms runs through August 2016.

The Civil Practice Committee provides assistance to the judicial system by recommending to the Court amendments and additions to the Rules of Court, policy statements with respect to the rules, and suggestions for new legislation and statutory amendments as they relate to practice before the courts.
