PoliticoPolitico executive editor Rick Berke has resigned from his position on Sunday due to a disagreement about strategy with site co-founders John F. Harris and Jim VandeHei, according to an email he sent out yesterday. Mr. Berke had been had Politico for less than a year. He was a big hire for Politico when they lured him away from The New York Times, where he had been for 27 years (most recently as an assistant managing editor), last fall. (The Huffington Post)
