NJTV’s award-winning chief political correspondent Michael Aron is back on the beat this week after undergoing open heart surgery for the second time two months ago on Sept. 2nd.
Aron had one valve replaced and another one repaired.
This weekend, he can be seen for the first time on NJTV since his hiatus hosting his show, Reporters Roundtable, at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday.
He will also be in the command chair once again on his On the Record, which airs 6:30 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday.
Aron will have Speaker Vincent Prieto (D-32) and Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick (R-21) as his guests.
“It’s been a long slow but steady recovery and I’m glad to be back doing what I’ve been doing for all these years, and I’m grateful to Maria DeNoia Aronsohn for filling in for me,” Aron told PolitickerNJ.
