Hillary Clinton just picked up a significant endorsement in California, which holds its primary on the same day as New Jersey.
Governor Jerry Brown said he backs Clinton over fellow progressive U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (D-VT) in the Tuesday, June 7th Primary.
Sources say Sanders if putting more energy into California than New Jersey in hopes of making something happen late in the game in the west coast state. But Brown today said it’s too late.
What’s interesting about Brown’s endorsement is the acrimonious history he has with the Clintons going back at least to the 1992 Democratic Primary for President.
