U.S. Rep. Donald Norcross (D-1) deserves to go back to the U.S. House of Representatives, the Courier-Post argues in its CD1 endorsement.
Norcross faces challenger Alex Law in Tuesday’s Democratic Primary.
“Since taking office in November 2014, Norcross has been a vocal advocate for some of his party’s biggest priorities, including raising the minimum wage, ensuring equal pay for women, training workers for 21st-century jobs and increasing cost-of-living adjustments for seniors,” according to the South Jersey newspaper. “In the process, he’s earned the endorsements of Democratic leaders from President Barack Obama on down and from organizations like Planned Parenthood and the Human Rights Campaign, as well as the Democratic clubs and unions that have always had his back.”
