On Thursday, the Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey (WPCNJ) honored Democratic Party influencer John F.X. Graham with their “Good Guy Award.” The award was presented during the group’s annual fundraiser which also honored a number of New Jersey’s women legislators and others involved in NJ’s political world.
Other than Graham, attendees included NJ Democratic State Committee Chairman John Currie, Vice Chair Lizette Delgado-Polanco, and Executive Director Chris James. Gubernatorial candidate Phil Murphy and likely candidate Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop both attended and sponsored the event. Legislators also turned out in full force including: Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg, Senator Nellie Pou, Senator Shirley Turner, Assemblywoman Liz Muoio, Assemblywoman Joann Downey, and Assemblywoman Annette Chapparo. Numerous Trenton insiders attended, including Kevin Drennan, Judy Savage, Carol Ann Short, Laura Matos, Democratic Fundraiser Phil Sellinger, Dale Florio, Sonia Delgado, David Smith, Board Members Jeannine LaRue and Tai Cooper, Bill Maer, Trish Zita, Raj Parikh, and Jenny Davis.
