Woodland Park Mayor Keith Kazmark intends to pursue re-election next year, he made known on Facebook earlier this afternoon.
“Over the past few weeks, I have been approached by multiple residents in town as to whether I intend to seek re-election next year,” Kazmark wrote.
“While it is flattering to have my name mentioned for other public offices, I want to be clear that I have every intention of running for Mayor again in 2017,” he added. “I love this job and still get excited each morning to take on the challenges facing our community. Keep in mind that I also believe in taking one election at a time and this year on November 8, 2016, I ask that you support our team of Joe Spinelli, Gary Holloway and Rita Pascrell for Woodland Park Council. They will continue to work with me to get things done here in town!”
