While Restaurant Week might be on your calendar, it’s easy for Spa Week to pass by entirely unnoticed, despite the many luxurious offerings. This year, don’t let your chance to experience facials, massages and even nail art disappear completely. From October 17 until the 23rd, treatments will only be $50 at some of the city’s best locales, giving you the perfect excuse to indulge a little.

The week of wellness will also provide offers from fitness facilities, if working out or cupping is more your style. Or, you could pair the two, and get a massage after your spa service is over. There are cellulite treatments, sensory deprivation tanks, microdermabrasion facials and hot stone massages, so there truly is something for everybody.

Once you register you can peruse the offerings. This week of pampering isn’t just being offered in New York; spas in Chicago, Seattle, Beverly Hills, Scottsdale and Alexandria are participating, too. Some standouts in New York include a non-surgical face lift at Daphne, that usually costs $225. The facial uses a micro current treatment, a personalized mask, eye treatment, and an oxygen infusion. And, if that’s not enough to convince you, they also throw in an anti-aging hand treatment.

Red Door Spas everywhere are offering a 50 minute de-stress body treatment, that’s also regularly $225. The process includes exfoliation, an aromatherapy body wrap and finishing off with a scalp massage. If you’re out in Westchester, Euro Laser is providing a forever young facial treatment that improves cell turnover for softer skin, which might actually be worth venturing to the ‘burbs for.
