Celebrity and fashion stylist Sam Spector, who also counts Andy Samberg and Neil Patrick Harris as clients, just listed his one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment at 255 West 23rd Street.

The 750-square-foot corner unit at Chelsea Gardens, listed for $1.18 million, has 11-foot ceilings and recessed lighting, as well as a windowed kitchen with Poggenpohl cabinetry, stainless steel countertop and sink, a Viking range and an “integrated Miele espresso machine.”

The bedroom includes a full wall of closets with custom shelving (this is a celebrity stylist, after all), which is hidden behind floor-to-ceiling frosted glass Italian doors, according to the listing shared by Douglas Elliman brokers Jeff Adler, Marie Espinal, and Howard Margolis. The windowed bathroom is done in black granite, with a stainless steel sink and a sliding glass shower stall.

Spector, the man behind the many outfit changes Neil Patrick Harris donned as the host of the Oscars, purchased this apartment in 2013 for $835,000—according to a New York Times wedding announcement from September, Spector recently married Glenn Greilsamer (the marriage ceremony actually took place on the rooftop of the building), so perhaps now the two are looking for a home a big larger than Spector’s current digs.

Now, where will Spector take his talents (and wardrobe) next? Well, it doesn’t appear he’s made a purchase just yet, but considering this apartment (at least in the past) doubled as Spector’s office, we imagine he’ll opt for something with a bit more closet storage. After all, 750 square feet may not be quite enough space to hold all of the sartorial options for a wizard and the man who wore five different suits hosting the Academy Awards…
