A list of the names contained in such notice is on file and open to public inspection at the principal office of the bank, located at 31-10 37th Ave., LIC, NY, 11101, 718-267-2562 where such abandoned property is payable. Such abandoned property will be paid on or before Oct 31 next to persons establishing to its satisfaction their right to receive the same. In the succeeding Nov, and on or before the tenth day thereof, such unclaimed property will be paid to the Comptroller of the State of NY, and shall thereupon cease to be liable therefore.
