A report of Unclaimed Property has been made to the Comptroller of the State of New York, pursuant to Section 301 of the Abandon Property Law. A list of the names contained in such notice is on file and open to the public inspection at the principle office of the bank, located at 655 Third Ave in the City of New York, New York, where such abandon property is payable. Such abandon property will be paid on or before October 31 next to persons establishing to its satisfaction their right to receive the same. In the succeeding November, and on or before the tenth day thereof, such unclaimed property will be paid to the Comptroller of the State of New York, and shall thereupon cease to be liable therefore.
