Dogpatch Labs has a new “entrepreneur in residence (EIR).”, Matt Meeker, the co-founder of Meetup.com.

Polaris says that Mr. Meeker will coordinate among entrepreneurs and startup founders. By his own reckoning, Meeker will “nurture innovation and expose it to as much like-minded entrepreneurial spirit as possible.”
