Putin Pushes Around Barack in Battle to Influence Middle East

At this moment positions are in flux throughout the Middle East. ISIS is moving with great power and instilling fear. Only Russia and Iran are willing to step in and check them. And in exchange for helping, of this I am certain, Russia wants influence in the region—and shares in oil reserves.

The United States is hurting by virtue of its own inaction. Today’s decisions will have a huge impact in the near and distant future. It will have an impact in the Middle East and in other large swaths of the world as the influence of the United States becomes neutered.
