RIP Aventana: Another Indy Manhattan Brokerage Bites the Dust
It’s hard out here for small Manhattan brokerages. The boutique Aventana has merged with A.C. Lawrence, which calls itself “Manhattan’s fastest growing residential real estate brokerage firm.”
The Aventana name will disappear–but at least they didn’t get swallowed by one of the omnivorous big boys.
