In an odd twist of fate, Mr. Carr, while waiting to be treated at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Emergency Room, saw a be-wigged starlet in handcuffs who has become a tabloid fixture of late: Amanda Bynes.
Despite his injury, Mr. Carr, a prolific tweeter, naturally tweeted about the incident.
