
Kristina O’Neill Leaves Harper’s Bazaar For WSJ. Magazine
The luxury magazine musical chairs continue. Kristina O’Neill, Harper’s Bazaar’s executive editor, is leaving Hearst to edit WSJ. Magazine. Last month, The New York Times poached former WSJ editrix Deborah Needleman for T: The New York Times Style Magazine. Ms. Needleman replaced Sally Singer at the Times’s luxury glossy.
Ms. O’Neill, who held editorial roles at New York magazine and Time Out New York before moving to Harper’s Bazaar in 2000, will report to Ruth Altchek. Ms. Altcheck will oversee the Off Duty lifestyle section and WSJ. Magazine in the newly created role of editorial director for WSJ Weekend. Read More
