Brill Building Sells for $151 M.

Just over a year after it bought 1619 Broadway for $92 million, Murray Hill Properties has sold the building to Stonehenge Partners for $151 million, city records show.

The 175,000-square-foot office tower, known as the Brill Building, boasts striking gold-colored ornamentation over its entrance, which sits by 49th Street.

One Park Avenue to Sell for $550 Million

One Park Avenue, an 18-story Class A office building, is in contract to Murray Hill Properties. The building, owned by SL Green, is being sold for around $550 million, according to two sources familiar with the deal.
