Bette Midler's Hulaween Party Brings Out the (Undead) Stars; Makes Trees Grow on Money

We felt woefully under-dressed as we stepped into the 2nd floor foyer of the Waldorf-Astoria, the entrance to Bette Midler‘s Hulaween party.
