In case you missed it, he tried to Willie Horton-ize Clinton’s opposition to laws that disenfranchise felons. Here’s how he put it in a letter to potential donors that found its way to AP:

“Hillary’s vision of a better America is one where your vote is canceled out by a murderer or a rapist.”
