He’ll be speaking tomorrow night at a fundraiser for State Senator Carl Andrews, who is likely to be one of several candidates in the crowded race for Major Owens‘s congressional seat.
Andrews, a real Brooklyn insider close to the troubled county organization, is not necessarily somebody Eliot would pick if he were choosing allies now. But Andrews worked for Eliot before he was Eliot.
