Mayoral candidate Christopher X. Brodeur, he of the extensive comments, tells us that the city’s Independence Party, unlike various other institutions he’s gone after on this board, met with him for 45 minutes yesterday at their Manhattan headquarters.
He explained to them that “Bloomberg is trying to sell out the Independence Party” and pointed out that the Mayor hadn’t defended Lenora Fulani’s remarks.
“They loved me,” he said.
