“July 8, 2005— The Campaign Finance Board (CFB) determined yesterday that a run-off election in the Democratic Party mayoral primary election can be ‘reasonably anticipated,’ the legal standard established by the Campaign Finance Board that permits candidates to begin fundraising for a run-off election. ”
