Web Weirdness

If you’re not reading this, because your computer can’t access the Observer’s site (and you probably can’t send me email to tell me about it), it’s apparently because of “a feud between two big backbone Internet companies,” according to a tech news site.

Something along these lines is certainly effecting some Politicker readers. The incomprehensible details: “One of these companies, Level 3 Communications, has cut off direct communications with rival Cogent Communications, causing many of each company’s customers to lose access to potentially significant swatches of the Net.”
