Loser: JON CORZINE The Democratic gubernatorial nominee enhanced his problem with organization Democrats this week when he told a Gannett New Jersey Editorial Board debate that he would not name John Adler as Attorney General. Loser: JO-ANN SCHUBERT The former Republican Mayor of South Bound Brook, a former President of the New Jersey League of Municipalities, admits that she gave a no-bid computer contract to a firm owned by her brother and where she was employed. Loser: FRANK WINTERS The Republican Assembly candidate in the 4th district, faces allegations that as Clayton Police Chief he purchased $2,000 in advertising specialities from a business he runs out of his home. The Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office has been asked to launch a probe. Loser: ANTHONY SPALLIERO The millionaire developer is indicted on charges that he bribed public officials in Monmouth County.
