The judge, according to blogger Norm Oder, says the five buildings at Atlantic Yards can be demolished–but also that attorney David Paget, who used to rep developer Forest City Ratner before turning government counsel, has a conflict of interest. The bar will be very unhappy about this, as it seems that everybody works both sides of the regulatory fence.
