It’s not quite an endorsement–Chuck doesn’t normally do that in primaries–but he will join Eliot Spitzer in Manhattan this afternoon at a press conference to announce new anti-smoking legislation.
This can’t be good for Tom Suozzi, with whom Chuck is widely rumored to be flirting.
