Design firm Lifeform is building two new “eco-friendly” buildings in Williamsburg: the “N7” and “Roebling Residence.”
And why Williamsburg? Here’s what the press release says:
Rising prices and lack of vacant land in New York City are pushing developers to seek new neighborhoods and opportunities. Williamsburg is becoming to these new developers what Soho was to the former generation. A young design driven and environmentally sensible breed of clients and developers are seeking to transform Williamsburg into the new edge in urbanity.
