Making New Condos in an Old Church


The former Washington Square Methodist Church at 135 West Fourth Street–which is being turned into Novare (Latin for to start anew)–we were asking about late last year is going to look pretty sharp, and cost a pretty penny, too.

Curbed hit the jackpot, coming up with the listings and marketing copy for the place, and the developer’s plans to install a robotic doorman, which we imagine will go score some schwag in the nearby park if you throw some fresh batteries at it.
