The Morning Read: March 15, 2006

Fred Dicker reports over at the Post that a GOP endorsement for John Spencer is imminent, and KT McFarland has found herself at odds with state evangelical leaders.

The Post also reports that KT has skipped voting in 14 elections six out of the last 14 elections since she registered as a republican in 1991, and alternated registered addresses between her Park Avenue and Southampton homes.

The Times has a scorecard on Tom Suozzi’s new campaign ad, and writes that Christine Quinn will not march is still having discussions with Irish and LGBT leaders, and is hopeful she will be able to march together with the LGBT community in the St. Patrick’s Day parade.

And finally, the Albany Times Union reports that Congressman Sherwood Boehlert discussed his future with President Bush aboard Airforce One yesterday.
