Berry-Hill Galleries Asks $20 M.

The New York Post reports today that the bankrupt Berry-Hill Galleries is selling their townhouse at 11 East 70th Street. (Here’s the listing)

Built in 1910 by architect John Duncan, the limestone mansion is located next door to the Frick Museum, near Fifth Avenue.

Because of Berry-Hill’s financial trouble, the sale is being conducted as a court-supervised bidding process. Any bids need to be in by June 12th.
