In what may be the best national Democratic environment since 1974, Rotarian American congressional candidate Paul Stuart Aronsohn has raised just $478,307 — about one-third of what Linda Stender has raised and about a quarter of what he claimed he would raise when he sought party support to run last year. Republican Scott Garrett has raised $963,478 and has $536,429 cash on hand, while Aronsohn’s warchest stands at $118,881.
