  • Prediction: The next few days will be stressful for Yaakov Horowitz. As the chief rabbi at Jersey City-based Manischewitz, the world leader in matzo production, Mr. Horowitz oversees the company’s annual production of 75.6 million sheets of matzo–a lot of which will be consumed once Passover starts Monday evening.
