His New York regional finance committee will have a meeting this coming Friday at the Regency in midtown Manhattan to discuss fund-raising strategy in what will be a crucial second quarter for the Arizona senator, according to a source in the campaign.
According to the source, McCain’s schedule for this quarter is now fully booked, after a slow start in the first quarter in which he had only one major event in January and two in February.
