O’Toole gets to keep column one

State Senate candidate Kevin O’Toole will get to keep his ballot position on column one along with his freeholder slate in the June 6th Republican primary for the 40th district, confirmed O’Toole spokesman Matthew Kazmierczyk.

A judge ruled today that there will be no re-drawing as was ordered by a previous judge, meaning that O'Toole's main opponent, Former Bergen County Freeholder Todd Caliguire, will remain on the ballot's third column. On the second column is Wayne Attorney Victor K. Rabbat, who's running by himself.

Caliguire will, however, be allowed to bracket with his slate of Bergen County Republican Organization candidates.
