Crain's has a poll out saying 64 percent of New Yorkers are opposed to the Mayor's congestion-pricing plan. The poll gels with a Quinnipiac University poll last month that said that 56 percent were opposed.
Meanwhile, Mr. Bloomberg gains allies in his push for congestion pricing–Governor Spitzer, the federal Transportation Department–and takes it to the Albany lawmakers who must OK it.
